R1000 did not reflect in my bank and Absa is not interested in helping me though I bank with them

I started using Absa for 2 months. My colleagues sent mr R500 each usujg payshap from Ned bank account. My account details are correct but the money hasn't reflected into my account when I call Absa they transfered me to more than 4 agents an become rude and hang up the line. It's been 6 days now I haven't received the money an Nedbank did the investigation ls an confirm the money was sent an I have the proof of payments Absa agent ask me what if the proof of payment is *****ulent. They accuse Nedbank to be *****ulent an the agent's name is TINYIKO unfortunately I don't know from which branch.
