R10 to view an online statement in pdf - crazy.
Opened a statement on my internet banking today - this statement is dated 23 April 2026 - somehow seen as an 'archived statement'. Rechecked this statement later in the afternoon. Got charged R10 per time i viewed the statement. R10 to open a pdf version of the most recent (3 day old) statement - this is crazy.
