Good day I have going in an out at Absa after I lost my niece's Card,to replace it they telling me that I need a letter of Authority and Social Workers because my Niece is 15 and the Account was opened by my late Mom that her Husband have the right of getting everything including the money from the Child's Account because He is still a beneficiary And their divorce was not finalized. I tried to explain that we have all the documents but they telling me about Guardianship that will probably be fixed in February next year.How we going to pay fees for now I dont know I even asked them to atleast transfer Money to the School Account because the school is busy calling us but still they refused?
