quiry not resolved

I went to withdraw the money using cash send several times to the different branches but I experienced the problem. I contacted the nearest branch at acardia branch to address my problem the lady called ms skosana told me that my issue it won't be resolved until the cash send works. I tried to explained to her that since starterday I have been trying. She responded by saying we won't assist us. Please I need that money to use it.
