Quick to finance but not quick to help when needed
I financed a vehicle through Absa, I had fallen into erears with the vehicle due to an ugly divorce, when the banks had asked for the car back I had no choice but to avoid them to buy myself time as I could not get the car back from my exwife as it states when going through a divorce you need to keep the status quo. I had eventually gotten the car back and contacted Absa to make arrangements to pay my areas of R51 000 up to date and they said no I have to pay full settlement, I then contacted Bernadine Watkins who was very understanding and advised this could be done all I would need to do is complete a form motivating why I could not pay and that if I fail with one instalment I would need to bring the car in myself, I happily did so and they still declined me and advised I contact Mr Johanness Moselakgomo who was exteremly rude and refused to help making it personal. I had begged and advised that this will effect my name and I am trying to make it right by paying my arrears up. I feel very heart sore as i was very sorry and made promises to Johanness and he just brushed it off now my name in credit is ruined all because one person mad it personal.
