Questions and no answers ... Is this the worse bank in the country?

<p>I have been trying to resolve a query with regards to my bond account. 4 Weeks and 5 consultants later and I still don’t have my query resolved. The mortgage advisor at Absa Heerengrach does not have time to meet me after several requests. I suppose the fact that I have 4 bond accounts with Absa since the last 15 years does not warrant an actual conversation with a real person. Instead I receive daily phone calls from a different consultant each day asking me numerous security questions but not resolving anything. After being a loyal client for 25 years it is time to shop around for better service. No surprise that Absa is rated the worse bank in the country.</p>
