Que of 11 people, two counter atendants
Can someone from Absa explain how you can have a que by your client services outer but only have two attendants on duty? How does that work? I have to stand in line for an hour just to get a new debit card?
I would really like an explanation. If this is the type of service absa seems fit, I'd rather suggest moving your business elsewhere.
