Quatation verses agreement
When I app**** for home loan, absa gave me % that was less than prime lending rate, I took their offer ,They then send me agreement form , but the rates was higher than the one they gave me ( quatation).
I have been with them for more 20 years, but I am now forced to change to the other banks.
