****py contact centre service
<p>I have been contacting the Personal Loan division of ABSA since monday to change my debit order on my loan, however the contact centre is not available at all. I just held on for 20 minutes again to talk to an agent, with no luck! All my accounts have now been closed with ABSA, most pathetic service ever!</p>
