Push Notification Nonsense
How hard is it to speak to a consultant? I called the contact centre today and needed to enter an 8 digit push notification number which did not come through... So I couldn't speak to someone??? No option to bypass that annoying system. Gosh why does things have to be so complicated. Anyways 7 minutes (x 2) after 2 very frustrating calls I get the push notification! Can someone please confirm that my debit order has been moved from Fnb to Capitec? Thanks

27 Feb 2022, 11:47Im sorted thanks - I only have one product with you guys and the d/o went off the correct account. Please sort out the push notification error or give the option to speak to a consultant if that doesn't work. It is very frustrating and costly to hold on with an automated response continuously rambling on.
