pure misery

<p>Last week i wrote a review about Absa and their terrible service, was promised feedback, a week later nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>my story...I had a personal loan with Absa which was paid very well until i got retrenched, and unfortunately my account was handed over to the attorney(Mooney Ford Attorneys) last year. Had an outstanding balance of R 5 784.17. August last year the account was settled and received a 20% discount, of which R4 628.00 was paid in full.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now on the 02nd of February an amount of R 1 284.85 and bank charges of R55.00 was debited off my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>tried to contact the call centre and was advise to get incontact with the attorneys of which i did ( ********** ). Thireshnee tried her level best to assist, but the account is closed and would need to be re - opened so the refund can be credited.</p> <p> </p> <p>today i contacted the call centre to check if the account was re-open...guess what nothing has been done, instead was told my account was in arrears hence it was debited...this was Velile Zondi from the absa call centre now at 09:00 09/02/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am fed up and fustrasted with Absa...i need the funds credited and superior to give me a call back and assure me that will be done. as a customer i believe i am entiled to atleast a callback. i need this matter resolved urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Mpho</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
