Purchases blocked. Useless bank

If I could give a zero, I would. I'm so tired of my purchases on steam being blocked for no reason. You say it's because of "*****" but you already have the process in place to deal with that: block the purchase and let me call in to verify that it's me. Also, you have two-factor authentication in place. Why are you the only bank that is blocking this app?

Your staff can't even explain why it's blocked. Anyway, I have to now move to another bank that isn't so useless.

Also, STOP CALLING ME ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!! You know, the thing I can barely use because you block everything? I get a call at least once a week and I keep saying I do not want my limit increased and you guys keep calling back. Just leave me alone!
