PULENG FERNDALE IS CLASSIST & DISMISSIVE

Puleng at your Ferndale-JHB is disgusting. She asked us, a group of old frail ladies, from Limpopo & North West to catch 5hr taxi ride to get to Ferndale. When they got there, she told them she had a more important appointment to get to in Fourways (They clearly didn't matter enough). They should come again next week. No other person one is willing to help us. We are old, can't walk for long, can't stand longer than a minute, have to ride unsafe taxis for 5hrs & at higher risk after Covid exposure. FIRE HER
