What a good day to start a day at ABSA bank New Market with Prudence Rakwena (Tellers) department... I came in to do a deposit with a lot of coins, and I mean alot of 10c and 20c all mixed up with old and new, without knowing that I was suppose to have sorted them out as written on the information board at the tellers where we are separated by the glass, I then hand over the coins, she asks whether I've separated the coins 'old and new' and that was not done, with a smile and talking very calm she did all the counting as separating herself instead of telling me to leave and do that myself. We appreciate and wish for more service like that when going to all banks, I'm sure she was within her right to tell me to go do the separating myself as old coins and the new coins don't weigh the same, I hope workers/bankers like Prudence Rakwena get the Recognized from their superiors.
