Provident fund still no pay out.

More than 5 months ago I resigned from security industry (SA Vehicle Securities) and immediately put in a claim for my provident fund to pay out. Till date, I have not received any communication or documentation from Absa regarding my claim. I have sent numerous emails and also tried telephonically to find out where my claim stands and when it will be settled, but to no avail. This is not the first time I have had problem with this devision of absa and I can assure you that it has gone past the point of being rediculous. I cannot understand why I have to go to this extreme of reporting it here, but Absa has left me no choice. Waiting and fighting for money which is rightfully yours and you desperately need, is unacceptable. I look forward to getting a quick response. Regards Waldo Herbst (***)
