PROVIDENT FUND PAID OUT STILL NOTHING

My Dad app**** for provident fund end of July and he was told to wait for 6 weeks, we have tried to phone Absa regarding this as 3 weeks is gone already but when we phone they will put us on hold or say the money will paid soon, I'm so disappointed with this as I thought Absa was good but the service is so bad<br> <br> <br> <br> I need Absa to pay what due to my Dad and stop making excuses<br> <br> <br>
