PROVIDENT FUND
I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR MY PROVIDENT FUND AT ABSA BUT THERE IS NO FEEDBACK THEY KEEP ON SAYING MY CASE IS IN PROCESS . I WAS WORKING AT FEDELITY SECURITY COMPANY. ABSA PROVIDENT FUND DEPARTMENT HAVE NEVER CALLED ME.I HAVE SEND SENT A CLAIM IN AUGUST AND NOW IS 4TH DECEMBER 2015. THEY DONT CALL ME I CALL THEM FOR FEEDBACK. THEY KEEP ON SAYING ONE THING EVERY WEEK PLEASE ASSIST ME URGENT AS I AM INEED OF MONEY.
