Property Sold without consent Summon

<p>Without Prejudice</p> <p> </p> <p>Stand 2171 Entshonalanga, Zoutpan Street , Extention 5, Tembisa , 1632 was sold ************ly without my consent.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently received a summons from the Johannesburg High Court that was received on the 26th September 2016 that details that this(above address) house of mine has been sold to F P Maluka ********** 874082 , case number 33293/16 and now is in arrears, which means it will be repossessed if any agreement on the payment cannot be met or full payment cannot be received. The startling question to this Dillema is that , how do you as ABSA Limited a so called reputable bank sell property or guarantee a bond to an estate agent without my consent (where did I sign it over), and where is the POP(Proof of Purchase) that I personally agreed to? My family and I have lived in this house since 1991/3 or so. The lady F P Maluka allegedly bought our house on 17 December 2014 that she never seen nor knows what it looks like on the inside.</p> <p> </p> <p>This clearly shows that the bank deals with shady property agents who sell our properties without the owners knowledge for their own ******* gains.
