We have bought a property last year Aug 2025, ABSA appointed Hammond Pole Inc to do the transfer its has been a nightmare of a process to date the is no sign of date of occupation the consultant appointed Anke doesnt respond to emails or update us the last update was in Feb 2026, we are now in debt as we paying rent of 4000 a month and feel this money could have been used to renovate the place, how do ABSA appoint a service provider without monitoring tool to make sure that they are providing the services or for the them is all about revenue we heading to 12 months now and its extremely frustrating process, ABSA can you intervene as their not responding to us.
