PROPERTY OF ABSA SOLD FAUDULENLY TO STANDARD BANK

PAR. 1<br> My late father was a member of the SANDF (South African National Defence Force) and my parents who were married in community of property, bought a property from ABSA and they paid it off in year 2000, in 2001 they received a confirmation letter from ABSA stating that the property has been paid off, however they did not fetch the original title deed for whatever reason.<br> <br> PAR.2<br> In 2007, 24 hours after (on 01st November 2007) my father was laid to rest some people came to evict us, they claimed to have bought the property from Standard bank and to my surprise their documents were hand written with a logo of Standard bank. <br> ? These people were in company of:<br> o Their Estate agent from Remax properties PETROS NHLAPHO<br> o Sherriff Barnard<br> o Group of +-10 African men with red overalls<br> o The SAPS from Sebokeng (including high ranked and subordinate officials)<br> <br> ? The Sherriff saw the documents and the original confirmation letter stating that the property belongs to my parent and has been paid off. The Sherriff then stated that he was not aware that the property has been paid off and then he left the crime scene.<br> ?
