Proof of residence

<p>This is a post as to why I will be leaving ABSA after being with them for my entire adult life.</p> <p> </p> <p>I moved residence and requested ABSA to update. I was told I needed proof of where I was moving to. All I could supply was the welcome letter from the estate agent witch ABSA rejected. I used that welcome letter as proof for Telkom to come install my phone line. I returned with the statement from telkom to ABSA and they rejected that also. I used that Telkom account to renew my car license as proof. I was asked to bring a copy of the lease agreement between myself and the estate agent , which I did , and they rejected that now as well.</p> <p>Now they are asking me to go and get a sworn affidavits and bring in people to swear that I stay where I am. I am not doing that. I have had enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I being pulled from pillar to post? Why do I feel like a prisoner at my own bank? Who is working for who?</p> <p> </p> <p>Bye Bye worst bank in the world.</p>
