proof of registration but no email address was giv

Absa: Hi to continue benefiting from reduced student pricing, please give your branch/student bureau official proof of your studies before 31October 2015. After this date standard fees will apply. FSP.....that is the message that absa sent me .....where am I suppose to sent it.....I went to brach they gave me this numbers *** .but no one answers......All I need is the email address where I can email the proof of registration.this people are unprofessional.....I went from branch to branch with no help......
