Proof of Insurance
I'm getting very annoyed with going down this route to get results from ABSA. I've phoned twice to get a simple letter from the insurance department. I even emailed them where the turn around time is two to three working days with absolute no reply. I need proof of insurance with the inception date from February 2016 to date and the monthly premium. Not the tax certificate I can draw online. Also when my last claim was done.

09 Jun 2022, 16:02I'm still waiting, sending emails to Basani who tells me I'm in good hands? I've been requesting this simple letter from 27/05. This leaves a real bad taste in my mouth.
