Promotional Company Bringing VIRGIN's name down

We are totally disgusted and want to report this as this is false advertising /promotion from a company with the name TLC Marketing Worldwide ***) that is handling Virgin Money's Promotions , we were informed there was a promotion running between the dates 26 Sept 2014 - 22 Dec 2014 and in this time if you purchased anything on one's Virgin credit card you stand a chance of winning a 2 for 1 Movie card at Ster Kinnekor for a whole year ( 12 months ) as also stated on TLC 's terms and conditions.<br> We were informed in the beginning of Feb 2015 that we were winners of the promotion and will receive a movie card in the post shortly , eventually the card came in the post on the 26 February 2015 and the card is only valid Till Oct 2015 ( 8 months from receipt of card) , when we phone to ask why it is not valid for a year we get told that it is for a year from last year October 2014 but they are sorry because their backlog was so full they could only post it to us now , this is ********* and a company as Virgin should not need to do any such dealings with a *********** marketing company as the TLC Marketing Wordwide ! ,
