Promise for distress & inconvenience
Following emails from May 2015, almost a year later I thought this issue is getting resolved but clearly not.<br> on 11 February 2016:10h51am Karen Jonker sent me email \Good morning. Thank you so much for information. I am currently awaiting sign off on D & I payment, and i have also send an email to Mr Brian Lotz from AVAF sales to assist us with your application. J can regrettably not give you a time line, but i will follow up on both abovd later today\". On 12 Feb I sent an email to enquire on update & 15 Feb she responded about the hold they have uplifted & said still waiting for the other two aspects abovementioned. Today is the 8th of March & still not heard a word. to this bank, im just one not so important human being, to me this is my bread & butter they are playing with. That car is not for conveniency but for income & was supposed to be starting to operate end of March. first they have messed up my profile, to ensure its difficult for to get another job in my field or start a business & they can't even do the least- fulfill on their promises."
