Prolonged refund

Regarding my complaint sometime in January about my vehicle papers not being registered...guess what its has taken them a year and five months. Aren't they just classic. Lo and below it doesn't end there. Absa asked me to do the necessary paperwork, roadworthy etc with the assurance that they would refund me for all expenses borne by myself. Its been over a week and absolutely nothing has come to fruition. All I'd like to know is it gonna take another 1 year 5 months to do this.How many more phone calls do I still have to make including the past 1 year 5 months. Guess Absa will not even have the decency reimburse me for all the calls to the people I've been liaising with namely Dries Niklaus and Rodney Swarts. What more can u expect from such a lousy institution. What ever happen to professionalism and honour. Guess that's the order of the day for the likes of institutions like you. Like I said iny previous report Absa is the worst financial institution to deal with. Kindly remove all your ads and stop deceiving people with all your lies.<br>
