Profile been hacked!
I app**** for a loan. When i needed to submit proof of adres, i used my Absa statement as my adres is on there. After all the effort, I noticed somebody changed my adress the last month to where i never lived before. Cause of that, my loan has been declined! I want some answers who change my profile without me knowing about it???

23 Nov 2023, 15:35Thank you Absa. How many emails am i still going to get before you can give me a answer? Every time you move the date onwards. We will give feedback before 17 Nov. Then on 17th we will give feedback before 20th Nov. 23 Nov and with latest 28 Nov! I want a answer and you guys dont have any????
