Professional and excellent service

<p>Dear Absa,</p> <p>I just like to let you know for the first time I have experienced excellent service from Absa in general and this was from an Absa Idirect Insurance Client Service Consultant. Her name is Boitumelo Mokhatle. I had a problem with my vehicle insurance for a week. She managed to resolve the matter in a very professional manner. I wanted to cancel my insurance policy and because of the way she dealt with my query I’ve decided not to do so. I also would like to thank her Manager in the role that he or she played.
