Professional and effective service

I would like to appreciate the service i received from Minah at Absa Zambezi, I was frustrated as my profile required FICA verification. I honestly didn't understand why would my profile be placed on a fica hold whilst less than a year ago i had the same hold and submitted my documents at Absa the Reds and it took over 3 days for the hold to be removed. This time Minah made the process seemingless, effortless and efficient. She called the manager on duty who assisted me and the hold was removed immediately. For me is how they made me feel during the interaction to know that im heard and valued as an Absa client and by the time I walked out I was a happy client.
