Proceeds paid out but months down the line we start collecting from you again

<p>I had an Absa home loan. A C Botha ID ********** 067089. The bond was registered in the new owners name I think on 2 June 2016. Shortly thereafter I received the proceeds. I was shocked yesterday when I received a statement saying that they are going to deduct the installment from my account. How the hell does Absa get to this conclusion. Surely if a house was sold and the proceeds paid to the client then the acccount should be closed with a amount outstanding as zero?????</p>
