Problems with ABSA on renewal of anti-virus serial number

I have used the Trend Micro anti-virus software as provided by ABSA for many years and has been incredibly happy with both Trend Micro and ABSA. That was until 2020 when my Trend Micro Maximum Security 2020 subscription was to expire on 7 November 2020. I logged into ABSA Security Centre and reregistered on 29 October 2020, receiving a new serial number for registration with Trend Micro. After registering with Trend Micro I noticed that the new expire date was not 28 October 2021, but 18 June 2021, and that my e-mail address in the account information mysteriously changed to an e-mail address not known to me. I was able to use this serial number on another computer with the same results. On trying to register the software on the third computer Trens Micro indicated that the serial number has already been used on 3 computers. I mentioned this to a colleague at work who also uses Trend Micro as supp**** by ABSA, and she mentioned that she had tremendous problems with the serial number supp**** by ABSA and could not reregister with Trend Micro. She contacted ABSA and they informed her that they do have a problem with the serial numbers for Trend Micro and would investigate the problem she experienced. Unfortunately, the problem was never resolved, and she moved over to another Bank, who issued her with an anti-virus solution. ABSA was not able to resolve the issue. I then re-registered on the ABSA Anti-Virus Centre for a new serial number on 30 November 2020 and tried to use the new serial number to register for the Trend Micro anti-virus program. Trend Micro indicated that the serial number is invalid. I contacted Trend Micro with the problem, and they indicated that ABSA probably issued me with previously issued serial numbers and that I should contact ABSA. I phoned ABSA on 30 November 2020, and after waiting 25 minutes to speak to a consultant, I explained my problem. The consultant indicated that she will escalate my problem and they will investigate. I also indicated that it seems ABSA have a major issue regarding the issuing of serial numbers, and it seems to me that their system is not reliable anymore and that this should be investigate this as well, on which she informed we that she will escalate my issue and the system is not a problem. Although they have a number of clients experiencing a problem, not all their clients have a problem. After 2 weeks ABSA has not come back to me, and the problem is still not resolved. To be honest, I do not think ABSA takes the internet security of their clients seriously as from my limited information it seems that the problem has been around for more than 2 months. Nothing is being done by them to solve the problem, and they do not come back to their clients after a complaint has been lodged.
