Problems with Absa

I am so unhappy with Absa. I once had a savings account, closed it and opened an Ultimate account. There are stop orders and future dated payments coming off on my account that I cannot even trace or remove. I called digital so many times without a resolution.

I even ended putting my futuredated and recurring limits to R0 but still these go off regardless of the limit.

This is affecting me a lot I see myself switching banks to safeguard my money.. please resolve this. The previous bank profile which had these stop orders and future dates transactions I have no access to. Absa cannot also access these.

Shouldn't it be that closed accounts with all recurring and future dated transactions also be stopped?

I repeat. My limits for recurring and future dates are all R0 but these keep going off
