Problematic ***** Department
There has been money on hold for months on end in my account and I have responded to all emails from investigators yet when I call to find out what the progress is, I get told that they are still investigating. In the sms I received from the bank it says that it will take up to 14 working days to resolve and I have been patient the entire time even after it has taken months. Can someone please assisst with the ***** department to get this matter resolved?
