Problem with the card

Good day, I just wanted to bring something to your attention that i'm not happy about. I have been experiencing this problem for the past two months now. Everytime i swipe my card it always decline. May you please advise what seems to be the probelm because i have changed my card for the second time now. I cannot afford to pay for another change of card again. Why does it always say problem with the chip.<br> <br> Please assist as i'm tired of absa now, and how do i close my account?<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br>
