Problem with FICA

The process to Fica a bank account on the Absa banking app is very frustrating and a complete waste of time and the steps required to submit and capture supporting documents is vague but yet Absa threatens to close the bank account or put a hold on funds if not Fica compliant! My personal profile is 100% complete. The first step of the process requires your ID number and to verify your full name and surname. Only the ID number and upload of an ID document for foreign citizens is required. There is an option to continue but the App insists that an ID copy must be uploaded. When taking photos through the app there is no option to capture the reverse side of the Smart ID card because after submitting the front side, an email was received stating that the back side of the ID card was not captured. There is no option to add a second photo or attachment. When taking a photo copy of the front and back and submitting a photo of that, an email is received saying that the image is not clear. How are you supposed to flip the ID to get both sides uploaded?? Step two requires uou to confirm your address and to my surprise the address field was blank and would not allow me to edit it even though my personal profile address is complete. When emailing *** with your supporting documents attached, there is no feedback or response confirming that the process is complete. Absa online has the same issues!
