Problem with debit order "uncleared" for Absa Credit Card

Good Day

I have a debit order setup on my Gold Credit Card account. The money leaves my bank Absa bank account, I wait 3 days and try to use the credit card and I get an insufficient funds warning. When I phone the card collections department, I get told that the debit order is uncleared and then has to be manually cleared by the consultant. This has happened 2 months in a row now! And the debit order is still not reflecting this month!
