Problem with Absa credit Cards

Good day Please investigate and advise: I have 2 credit cards 4550********4015@ 18.25% debit interest 4550********2011@ 21.25% an increase from 18.25% 2/6/2023 to 21.25% in the statement ending 3 July. Please advise why there was such a large increase in the interest rate on the credit card. No one is responding from ***. Both cards are gold and both had the same interest rates till last month.

I have since settled the balances. What are the reduced interest rates now if the rates are calculated according to the balance.
