Problem Solved

I wrote a complaint about ABSA missing payments department. Long story short, I was contacted by Ntabiseng Sibande and she helped me with my case. She kept on updating me on the progress and was patient even when I responded late to her emails.I am quite pleased with her diligence and the way she handled the whole issue. A big thanks to all others involved whom I might not be aware of.
