Problem not fixed

Went to ABSA Meyville on Wednesday to cancel some of the things on my account but to my surprise that lady didn't do anything on my account nothing was fixed. And to think of I took my time to go fix this and nothing is done what a bad service that is and ABSA is going to charge me for the service they didn't do on my account.

Good day, I'm still not getting any joy with my complain I'm still getting emails for my notification and I requested that lady to cancel any notification via email and leave the sms. Can I get assist on the above please.
