Probably I want to fix my absa account since it's got blocked from doing any transactions

I wanted to ask since I do still have a problem with my banking app cause last time you told me that my account will never be unblocked regardless of the issue persistent to me ,is there a particular way for me to fix this kinda problem if so please let me know cause I truly want to use the money inside my cheque balance so I can't even do anything with that money please kindly let me know if is there something I could do to fix this issue
