Private banking is takeing advantage of clients

I needed bank statements that shows my salary so went to download on my app.all statements cut of at 16th of each month not showing salary. So i phoned private assist as im i private client the lady said filter transactions witch i did got charged another R10 after a few R10 already still did not come right as it cuts off at 16th so she said cant send u statemwnt but transaction statement witch i was charge for R50 plus R50 honering fee. You pay R600 a month for your account fee and dont even receive one statement included but get charged massive amount if u need a statement witch they cant suply as sistem cut off at the 16th this is exatortion and theft how come you pay so big amount for acount and still pay masive anounts if u need something
