Private Banking incompetence

First ABSA increased my monthly fee without making me aware of the issue, and the difference accumulated and for months complained about the issue and they did not assist, I requested they close the account in May and they did not assist. NOW only once I complained on the platform they state other condition that they did not tell me off prior to Friday and when I request once again for them to Close the Account they want me to pay for the difference in fees that I was not made aware of and complained about for months, they dragged out the issue and now it as at my expense. And are still not willing to close down the account.

And this the terrible service offered by their private banking!
