Private Banking? Advantage or disadvantage?

<p>Being an Absa Private Bank client, I went to the Absa branch in Oudtshoorn this morning to get some forex for an overseas trip. The first thing I was told was that the staff member who deals with forex is on leave so I will have to drive to George branch if I want help. I objected and they then found someone to help me. Three hours later I left the branch still without my forex, although I had seen it in the lady's hands. Apparently Oudtshoorn and George branch computer systems dont talk to each other so thats why they cannot help me??? Then called Private Assist and they said they will sort it out for me, very apologetic but its now 1540 and no call back??</p> <p>absolutely pathetic!</p>
