Private bank. Absa does not offer it

Worst PRIVATE BANK by far. This query was to request a bond cancellation figure and I wanted to request help from a private banker because I am unable to reach home loans. This is my second review/complaint about Absa since the private bank suite was changed and the irony is that I have already moved my salary and most debit orders to a different bank. I cannot get hold of a private banker on any of the 011 numbers, the switchboard at head office can't help either. Bye bye Absa you have clearly lost the plot. you are loosing clients too!
