Pretoria North

<p>Yesterday 2017/01/21 myself and my wife went to Pretoria North ABSA Bank where we had a very rude encounter with one of there staff informing me and my wife we are not allowed to withdraw our own money due the high amount we wanted she was very rude but there were no signs informing customers what the procedure is. I informed the lady we are going to move to another Bank due to the bad customer s****s from Daleen, another lady by the name of Miems came to us and apologize for the treatment of Daleen. I hope Mr Titus the branch manager will contact me before the end business tomorrow .</p>
