Powerball tickets go missing on my ABSA banking app

I have regularly been playing Powerball on my ABSA banking app. Today my Powerball tickets for the draw on 29 Sept just disappeared although the debits appear on my banking statement. I reported that to ABSA *****. They referred me to Ithuba and Ithuba referred me back to ABSA. Now I'm stuck without even knowing what my Powerball numbers are. Please help!
