Power of attorney needed to ask closing times

Would actually like to give you minus stars but there isn't such a function. Your service is pathetic and saying that im being nice !!! Do you train your personnel at the school of rude-oligy ? What type of institution lets its people speak to customers that way ??? I wanted to make a general enquiry about how to solve an issue of a debit order not going off ( being for my fiance who works underground) I did not once ask access to his account I just wanted to know what to do. Should I make a payment into the debit order account self or leave the money in the regular account what is the best. The woman refused to help me as I do not have power of eterny on his account but again I just wanted to know what the next option is I did not ask for anything related to his account so amything i said after that she just kept telling me she cant continue the call I do not have power of attorney even when I asked her till how late are they open so that he can personally phone them ? So must he give me power of attorney to know your closing times ?? This is really awfull service , and it makes me feel truelly blessed for not opening an absa account as people encouraged me to do , if this is how you treat someone with a question I do not even want to know how you treat your customers. I will definitely not recommend Absa to anyone !
