In regards to my foreign currency suspension by SARB, I am writing to convey my profound appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from Basani Hlungwane (ABSA: Specialist Case Manager). My accounts have been restricted since last year without any help. I had already given up, the perseverance, expertise, and regular updates on the situation by Basani are impressive. I have no doubts about the service that Basani provided me. This is the first time in my more than 28 years of banking with ABSA to receive such service.
