POPIA violation

I have updated and requested ABSA 7 times now that my preferred communication channel is e-mail correspondence, despite this this continue inundate my workplace with multiple calls daily when I work 100% remote. My kind request is for you to please stop telephone calls and e-mail me as per my request made to you many many times. I even went to the Goldman branch in Florida on the 14th of March 2025 to have the work number removed however to this day they still using the number I that I have requested to have removed from the system, not I’m getting advise POPIA violation on your part.
