POPIA breached..

ABSA VEHICE FINANCE, I want someone to explain to me asap before I log a complaint with POPIA,why do I have to hear my financial situation from my driver, you have all the details but you chose to tell someone and open my file to someone who has nothing to do with the car..

Thank you for your quick response,

The driver was followed by one of your camera or tracking guys regarding an unpaid premium on the vehicle. They explained the reason why they stopped him and told him what is being owed, how much I'm paying and all other details.

If Absa was serious you should have seen that there is a consent letter that allows me as the payer to query with you..
